your.move is a private messaging and game app for couples — with end-to-end-encrypted content (messages, rewards, and media) — intended exclusively for two consenting adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any sexual content involving anyone under 18.
Age restriction
your.move requires users to be at least 18 years old. This is stated in our Terms of Service and surfaced during onboarding.
On Google Play and the App Store, the listing requests Play Console / App Store age restriction so minors are blocked from downloading the app.
Accounts believed to belong to minors are terminated immediately on discovery.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement:
Any sexual content involving anyone under 18, real or simulated, including CSAM and AI-generated child imagery.
Grooming, sexual solicitation, or romantic interaction with minors.
Sharing CSAM through any means, including links to external content.
Coercive or non-consensual sexual conduct.
End-to-end encryption and our limits
Messages, photos, videos, voice notes, and reward content in your.move are end-to-end encrypted between the two paired partners. We cannot read or scan message content on our servers. This is by design, for privacy. It also means we depend on user reports and metadata signals to detect abuse.
How we detect and respond
In-app reporting: any user can report a message, photo, video, or partner. Reports are sent from the reporter's device with the content they choose to share, decrypted on their device so our review team can act on it. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
Metadata signals: even though content is encrypted, we monitor account-level signals (e.g. signup velocity, account age, repeated short pairings) for patterns associated with abuse, and we investigate accounts that show those signals.
Account action: confirmed violations result in immediate, permanent ban of the account and the paired partner if relevant, and deletion of associated server-side records consistent with applicable preservation duties.
Law enforcement reporting: confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and to the Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) in Germany, in accordance with applicable law. We preserve relevant metadata and account information for law enforcement requests.
Reporting child safety concerns
If you believe a child is being harmed, in danger, or is the subject of CSAM:
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
To report content or behavior in your.move, use the in-app Report action on the message, photo, or partner, or email yourmove@donkeycat.com.
Child safety contact: yourmove@donkeycat.com. We respond to child safety reports within 48 hours and to law enforcement requests as required by applicable law.
